Refund policy
Our products are made to order through a print-on-demand partner. Each item is printed after you buy it.
Returns & refunds
Because items are custom-printed:
- We generally do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size chosen, or color preference.
- Damaged, defective, or print-error items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with order number + photos. We'll replace or refund at our discretion.
- Wrong item/size due to our error: we replace or refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Only if production has not started. Once in production or shipped, it can't be cancelled.
Shipping issues
Marked delivered but missing: check neighbors/carrier, then contact us within 7 days of delivery. Confirmed lost packages may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
