Our products are made to order through a print-on-demand partner. Each item is printed after you buy it.

Returns & refunds
Because items are custom-printed, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size chosen, or color preference. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Wrong size or changed your mind?
We still want you to love it. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and we'll send you a one-time 50% off code for a reprint of the same item in a different size or color. No need to send the original back. Limit one reprint discount per order.

Damaged, defective, or print-error items
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace or refund at our discretion.

Wrong item or size due to our error
We replace or refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if production has not started. Once an item is in production or has shipped, it can't be cancelled.

Shipping issues
If your package is marked delivered but missing, check with neighbors and the carrier, then contact us within 7 days of delivery. Confirmed lost packages may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
